EXOSKELETON
Exoskeleton communicates the human desire for protection against external threats.
Inspired by protective mechanisms apparent in nature, I have used computer aided design processes to manipulate my face, fusing the vulnerable human form with skeletal thorns. My 3D printed mask (from a 3D scan of my own face), provides the wearer with artificial resilience.
