Ego: ’The part of the mind that mediates between the conscious and the unconscious and is responsible for reality testing and a sense of personal identity’.

Ego communicates the surreal experience of isolation and its impact upon the conscious mind. The gradual distortion of my eye to represents the dispersion of my identity; a product of my period of confinement.
